Karin has demonstrable experience in comprehensive planning, reporting and change management, providing flexible, pragmatic and proactive support service to programmes and projects. In her current role, she is overseeing omni-channel and customer transformation activities for the City of the Edinburgh Council Customer Services team, with a focus on using automation, AI and integration to improve the citizen journey around local government transactions.
