Kenny Birney is Deputy Chief Executive of Disclosure Scotland with responsibility for Digital Strategy. Kenny is currently leading an ambitious transformation programme with a focus on using Digital Identity technology to enable frictionless access to critical public services. Previous roles have included being Digital Director for the Student Awards Agency Scotland and leading national digital programmes for the Scottish NHS such as the implementation of Digital Pathology.
