Kersti Berge

Kersti is Director for Energy and Climate Change at the Scottish Government with responsibility for climate change, energy, the water industry and consumer issues. Previously Kersti was a director at the UK energy regulator Ofgem, an Economic Advisor at the UK Treasury and lecturer in Economics at Oxford University.
