Kirstie Langan is Global Business Development Director at PDi, bringing over 20 years of on-and offshore experience with major energy contractors and consultancies including TechnipFMC, Helix ESG and Apollo. With a background in production technology and leadership training from Cranfield University, she is known for her commercial acumen, strategic thinking and cross-sector collaboration.
A strong advocate for Scotland’s energy future, Kirstie led the launch of PDi’s Integrated Delivery of Projects (IDP) service, supporting operators to unlock greater value from the decommissioning and broader energy supply chain. Her operational insight and commercial expertise position her to contribute meaningfully to discussions on Scotland’s evolving energy system, including grid capacity, connectivity and the practical challenges of the energy transition.
