Laura Rowlinson

Laura graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2009 with a First Class Hons, commencing her career in the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and Western General Hospitals. Here she developed a special interest in service design, digital and informatics development, becoming a Trak Champion, completing the Digital Leadership Programme, and leading on several networks and projects before moving to East Lothian Rehabilitation Services in 2019. Within Laura’s current role she leads on the data-driven delivery of the rehabilitation service and on embedding digital practice through all processes utilising existing and emerging technologies to best meet the needs of the local population and support the development of a digitally enabled and confident workforce. Laura is currently on the first cohort of the Leading Digital Transformation in Health and Care for Scotland MSc at The University of Edinburgh.
