Lesley leads Deloitte’s Public Sector Operations team in Scotland. Lesley has a long history of successfully leading and managing major public sector transformation programmes, working at the highest level across Government to deliver complex programmes at pace, often under challenging political pressures.
Lesley has had the pleasure of leading the Scotland response for The State of the State over the years, engaging with a range of clients across a number of key Scottish Public Sector organisations.
