Linda has a wide range of experience in the public sector leading business transformation and change programmes. As Digital Transformation Lead for the fourth largest authority in Scotland is currently overseeing the development of the council’s three transformation workstreams for a digital workplace, platform and cloud migration. She works closely with community planning partners to deliver services to meet the needs of diverse communities, the response to COVID19 and the development of Helping Hands to support the most vulnerable across a population of 324,000 people has been a transformation journey in itself.
