I have worked for the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland for over a decade, working in both the Self Management Team and the Digital Hub. I am currently the Digital Health and Social Care Programme Manager, with responsibilities for our Discover Digital and our Digital Citizen Panel. These programmes address: the barriers which prevent people accessing digital tools; improved health and digital literacy; awareness raising of digital tools which promote health and wellbeing; and support citizens from seldom heard communities to use their lived experience help to shape and influence Scottish digital health and social care services.
I work with ALLIANCE members, third sector, external organisations and strategic partners to ensure that people are at the centre, that their voices, expertise and rights drive policy and sit at the heart of digital support and services.
