Lucy Black is part of the senior leadership team at Construction Scotland Innovation Centre, having assisted since 2016 to build the organisation to become Scotland’s national innovation centre for the built environment. A keen networker and collaborator, she leads a team of Innovation Managers who build collaborative innovation programmes with industry, public sector, housing association and academic partners, all driving transformational change and unlocking new value for Scotland. After an early career in marketing and business start-ups, she has worked within innovation and economic development for over 20 years, the last 10 with the Scottish construction and housing sectors.
