Lynsey joined Includem in April 2001 as a practitioner and has many years experience delivering front line services to extremely vulnerable and high risk young people. For the last 10 years Lynsey has been managing service delivery for Includem across Scotland. She is a currently a member of the Youth Justice Improvement Board and the Advisory Group for the Age of Criminal Responsibility Prior to Includem Lynsey worked as a trainee Forensic Psychologist within the Scottish Prison Service.
Although Lynsey’s background is in the psychology field, after obtaining a MSc in forensic psychology Lynsey has gone on to achieve qualifications with the field of social care and is registered with the SSSC as a Residential Care Manager. Through the Open University
Lynsey has achieved the Professional Diploma in Management to complement educational achievement within the field of social care.
