Mark Ballard is the Head of Policy and Influencing for Scotland at the National Deaf Children’s Society. He previously worked in influencing roles in a number of children charities including Barnardo’s, Children 1st and and Save the Children, and before that was a Scottish Green Party Member of the Scottish Parliament for Lothians region.
