Matthew Eastwood is Head of Innovation and Supply Chain in Transport Scotland’s Low Carbon Economy Directorate and has a focus on maximising the opportunities for sustainable economic growth as a result of the transition to net zero. Matt has had roles in transport and technology since graduating from university, and was sponsor of Challenge 10 of the Scottish Government Digital Directorate’s internationally recognised CivTech 5.0 tech accelerator programme which asked the question: How can tech drive the vital development of informal networks and the cross-pollination of ideas in the distributed workplace?
