Mhoraig Green joined Citizens Advice Scotland in 2019 and her current role includes leading the team that is responsible for data governance, data quality and data analysis. Citizens Advice Scotland already successfully uses data to drive their influencing work, and Mhoraig and her team are leading the organisation’s efforts to improve how they use data to inform service design and other business decisions. Protecting the right to privacy of the people who receive advice from Citizens Advice Bureaux is always at the heart of this work.
