I am an experienced improvement professional with a diverse background in social work, digital innovation, inspection methodology, and strategic leadership. I started my career in electronic engineering before transitioning into social work in 2004. Since then, I have built a strong foundation in frontline practice, inspection, and leading national improvement work, with a particular focus on digital technology and rights-based approaches.
I’m married with two children living in Glasgow. I like a bit of campervanning, motorbiking, guitar and cycling.
