Peter McGrath

I joined the Scottish Parliament in 2000 after spells at the Scottish Law Commission and Law Society of Scotland. My roles have included Clerk to the Standards, Public Petitions and Justice Committees, and I was Head of the Legislation Team for six years. In 2012-15, I worked at the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee. Since 2021, I have been Clerk to the Scottish Parliament’s Net Zero Energy and Transport Committee.
