Patricia Findlay is Distinguished Professor of Work and Employment Relations at the University of Strathclyde and Director of the Scottish Centre for Employment Research. She engages widely with workplace stakeholders through research on job quality, workplace innovation and workplace governance. Patricia is Co-Chair of Scotland’s Fair Work Convention.
