Prof. Paul Gowens

Biography: Professor Paul Gowens QAM is a distinguished figure in emergency medical services, holding the position of Associate Director for Research, Development, and Innovation at the Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS). With over 30 years of experience, Prof. Gowens has been instrumental in advancing pre-hospital care and emergency response strategies in Scotland and beyond.

1.             Cardiac Arrest Management: A leading voice in cardiac arrest management, Prof. Gowens has spearheaded initiatives to improve survival rates.
