
James Carroll is a Professor of Wind Energy Engineering at the University of Strathclyde. James is the Director and PI of the Wind and Marine Energy Systems and Structures Centre for Doctoral Training, he is the Strathclyde PI/Director of the EnerHy Wind and Hydrogen Centre for Doctoral Training, and is the Co-Lead of the Wind Energy and Control(WEC) Group. WEC is one of the largest university based wind energy research groups in the UK with 8 academics and over 35 researchers.
