Ragne Low

Ragne Low is Deputy Director of the Offshore Wind Programme and Investment division in the Scottish Government, with responsibility for delivering continued growth of the offshore wind sector through investment in infrastructure, ports and the supply chain, in order to maximise the benefits for Scotland’s economy, citizens and environment in the transition to net zero.

In her previous role in the Scottish Government, as Deputy Director of the Onshore Electricity, Strategy and Consents division, Ragne had responsibility for facilitating the deployment of onshore renewables, and policy development across a range of energy system issues.
