Rebecca has worked for large-scale global organisations set in high volume, high paced environments, in roles which have focused on putting customers, empowered employees, quality data and insights, at the heart of successful service delivery and change programmes.
In a local government setting, Rebecca has been leading a team to drive data and insight projects at corporate and service level to provide advanced analytics, real time (daily) analytics, through Power BI.
Rebecca holds an MBA and has practiced a range of programme, project, performance and change management methodologies including MSP, Prince 2, Agile, EFQM and Lean Systems Thinking over her working career.
