Sian is a social entrepreneur passionate about the power of data for making the world a better place socially, economically and environmentally. She’s Co CEO of Data Orchard an award-winning social enterprise that helps nonprofit organisations get better with data. Since 2015 she’s led their pioneering work on measuring and benchmarking organisational data maturity. More recently she’s designed successful data skills development programmes for leaders and nonprofit organisations. Sian’s career roots are in digital access and inclusion, digital strategy and impact measurement. Sian has an MSc in Data Science and Analytics and a BSC in ‘Mathematics and Science & Technology Policy’.
