Simon Moore has been designing and operating secure systems in the public sector across three decades: from global voice systems, communications satellites, to classified data systems for UK Government. He has always been an advocate of designing securely from the outset, of creating a continuous improvement regime, and trading resilience against outright prevention to contain costs. He has been a serving officer in the Royal Air Force, a contractor and ran his own businesses. Simon works, lives and got married in the Scottish highlands and having learnt to appreciate the “water of life” he maintains a well stocked Western Isles biased whisky cupboard to this day!
