Stephen leads the CirrusHQ Business Development function and is responsible for all customer engagements across the Public Sector. He leads the provision of advice and guidance to customers to help develop the business case for migration to the cloud, and helps customers define the next steps in transforming services using modern technology practices. Stephen joined CirrusHQ in 2020 and has more than 20 years of experience working for large scale technology integrators and international vendors.
