Elected in 2021, Tess White is a member of the Scottish Parliament for the North East Region. Tess is the Shadow Minister for Equalities and sits on the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee. Prior to this appointment, Tess was Shadow Minister for Public Health, Women’s Health and Sport and Shadow Minister on Just Transition. Before Tess became an MSP she was an HR Director working internationally in the global energy sector. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
