Within his wealth of experience building AI capabilities across five UK government departments, he led teams developing Machine Vision and Natural Language Processing solutions, for example monitoring the need for aid interventions, as well as providing expert advice to projects using Transformers and Causal AI, for example monitoring global conflict. His full stack digital experience extends to Collective Intelligence tools, helping improve the way people and computers process information together for better decisions, for example using Organisational Network Analysis to measure culture transformation and building software to better connect activities with strategies and evidence.
