Tracey Baxter is Associate Director – Product & Delivery at NHS Education for Scotland, where she plays a key part in developing and implementing digital services for Scotland’s public sector. As a co-lead of the Digital Delivery workstream within the Digital Front Door programme, Tracey oversees the development of MyCare.scot, which helps people access and engage with health and social care services.
With a wealth of experience in establishing effective technology delivery teams, Tracey advocates for progressive and adaptive methods, close collaboration with stakeholders, and rigorous standards for quality and safety.
