Viana Maya is the Founder and CEO at pRESPECT and pRESPECT HUB CIC, whose mission is to empower, enable and elevate ethnic minorities and other marginalised talented people to gain sustainable careers. We do this through tailored and personalised career coaching workshops, training, courses and 1-2-1 support. However, the proudest moment was supporting participants into sustainable full-time employment while providing wellbeing and emergency food support during the most challenging covid response activities in 2020. She is also a DEI consultant, Learning and Development Training and Coaching specialist, Workshop facilitator and social policy influencer.
