Vicki Goodwin is Director of Income & Innovation at Leuchie, a charity providing specialist respite breaks for people with complex neurological conditions. There Vicki leads various streams of income generation, necessarily identifying and developing opportunities for innovation, including across evidence, impact and enabling technology. Vicki has a background in research leadership, knowledge exchange, innovation and income generation across the voluntary and university sectors, focussed on improving outcomes for marginalised and disadvantaged communities and service-users.
