
The Holyrood Green Giant Awards and Ceilidh, held on the final evening of the Holyrood COP26 Fringe Festival, will be the closing event of four days of best practice shared and ideas discussed around how we tackle the climate emergency. The evening will celebrate excellence within the climate change movement in Scotland across the public, private and third sectors.
Held in the heart of Glasgow, Holyrood’s COP26 festival will focus on four themes: Diversity and Inclusion in Climate Change Discussions and Decisions; Climate Change and Technology & Innovation; Nature and The Environment and Scotland’s Role in Delivering a Net-Zero World.
The Holyrood COP26 Green Giant Awards offer the opportunity to celebrate outstanding achievements within Scotland’s climate change movement and give welcome recognition to the work that goes on to support Scotland’s journey to a Just Transition and Net Zero future.

Holyrood Communications’ Climate Emergency Series
Holyrood’s Climate Emergency Series – spanning magazine supplements, podcasts, online content and events – will run in the lead-up to, during COP26 and after. The series will engage decision makers and other stakeholders in discussions about how Scotland can secure a net-zero future through a more inclusive and sustainable recovery from the COVID-19 crisis.
