Akhil Atreya is the Information Security Officer at Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) and has over 12 years of experience in cybersecurity and information risk management. During the last five years, he has worked within public sector and critical infrastructure organisations in Ireland, giving him first-hand experience of the challenges involved in protecting essential services against an evolving cyber threat landscape. His expertise spans cybersecurity governance, risk management, resilience, and third-party assurance, with a particular interest in building proactive and sustainable cyber defence capabilities.
