Holyrood will host fringe events at the SNP Annual National Conference 2024. At our 2023 event seven fringe events took place.

The Holyrood Garden Party and Political Awards is the unmissable fixture in the Scottish political calendar for politicians, their staff, political journalists, the business community, and the public affairs sector, and is a fun opportunity to remind ourselves that cross-party relations aren’t always that cross!

Holyrood’s inaugural Health Inequalities in Scotland: The State of the Nation summit will bring together Scot land’s leading public health voices from the public, private and third sectors to share innovation, make connections and explore the practical steps that can be taken to inspire change and turn the tide.  

As world leaders prepare to gather for COP29, the Holyrood Climate Action summit and Climate Action Awards will return to Edinburgh in October 2024 in a decisive year for the future of Scotland’s climate targets. The summit will ask what steps can be taken to urgently cut emissions in key polluters such as agriculture, the built environment, energy, and transport.

1 January 2025 will mark the 20th anniversary of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) coming into force. As we approach this landmark date, join Holyrood for its annual flagship FOI event, where we will reflect on the impact that FOI has had over this time.

Holyrood Connect’s annual Public Sector Data Summit will return to Edinburgh on 13 March 2025. The use of data and AI across the public sector is on the increase. It is crucial that we understand how to maximise their potential to help us make informed decisions and improve public services.
